Welcome back! I know I’ve been promising some recipes which I am in the process of writing up, so in the mean time I thought I would share this super simple and quick recipe for chia pudding. (Seriously, it only takes like 5 minutes to make!)
I love having chia pudding in the fridge because it makes the perfect snack or even dessert after a very heavy meal. My favorite part is piling on the toppings!
Once you have all the ingredients, all you have to do is mix them together, and then let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
When you’re ready to eat, top with anything you would like and enjoy! Some of my favorite toppings include fruits like strawberries and blueberries, and sliced almonds.
